thanks for your reply I will try what you suggested on monday been away all weekend so unable to reply sooner .just a thought but when I removed the head I pushed the large rubber bellow down inside its self could I have damaged the airflow meter .

plunger seems ok and fuel pump fuses fine cant seem to find relays though .can you give me some idea of there location .Another thought does the system need to be bled when it has been stripped down like old diesal systems.thanks again for any ideas.
