Went into Halfords the other day to get a wiring block for my Blaupunkt CD31, to fit in my 940gle. That was the 27th July. They didn't have the part I needed, so they ordered it in, to be ready for collection on 1st August. So I went up to Merry Hill on Monday, wasn't in. Called Friday, wasn't in. Called today, it might, maybe, perhaps be in next Wednesday, if not the week after! Here was me thinking 'Oh, I'll pay the extra and get it faster!':mumbles:

Went into the Slough branch a few weeks ago to try and find a tamper proof tax disc holder for the TR6 as I often park it with the roof down and it's a bit vulnerable. "Have you got any tamper proof-tax-disc holders? " I asked the "assistant". He proceeded to take me to the tax-disc holder display. "There's the tax-disc holders" he said. "Yes, but do you have any TAMPER PROOF holders?" He took me to another rack with all the Max Power add-ons. "These are the only other ones we got", he said. "Are they TAMPER PROOF?" I asked "No", came the reply. I left. :lep_mad:

PS Does anyone know where I can get a tamper proof tax disc holder? I've seen loads of buses with them but the caraccessory shops don't seem to stock them...?
