940s imobiliser problem

Just to add i had a thought this morning and used the spair fob kept in the kitchen cupboard and low n behold the damb thing started. so the chip is naff inside and so phoned "Auto watch" now called "Night watch" and they can reprogramm the fob and replace for around 20 quid.
