Purchased a V40 1.9D Phase 2 MY04 a few months ago and it has been excellent. Unfortunately, it did not come with a spare wheel. We have purchased 2 wheels to date, but none fit in the space for the wheel, we've tried a 205 and 185 with tyre... so we need a space saver! Can anyone with a Phase 2 S/V40 who has a space saver please check back and report what size it is? The car is fitted with 195/60/15 tyres. We've been offered a 115/70/15 from a phase 1 V40 and not sure if this is the correct one.

a 125/90/R15 gives an almost identical radius to a 195/60R15, a 115/70/15 would be a fair bit smaller I'd have thought _________________________:snail:

According to my newly acquired pocket data booklet, you either have a temporary spare T125/90R15 (96M) or a full size spare 175/65R15 (82T) on an X40 car.
