Its a clean recording. The biggest improvement I think can come by not singing flat. I would also pull back some mids at 800hz with a wide q and boost a bit at 7 to 12khz to get more air. As long as you are having fun you will do great!
Thank You. I just remembered that I have a WAVES pluging 'Waves Tune Real-Time'... So, I am going to put that plugin on there and hopefully it will resolve most of those flat notes! (Nothing is 100%!) I can replace the current recording with the new one really easy on the audiomack website.
I don't read music. My original song is in the key of Dm. I had to increase the key by 1 semitone. So, all I am interested in at this point is what is the new note?
...C, C#, D, D#, E, F, F#, G, G#, A, A#, B, C, C#, D, D#... etc. Each letter here represents one semitone. Octave is 12 semitones, after that the whole thing repeats again and again. So, counting 5 semitones above A, you will end up with D.
